Status: construction completed in 2014
On a lot on 18 Hertsel Street a new 23 unit residential building was built. The apartments' sizes range between 65 and 120 square meters. In the design a play with the facades was used to create defined geometrical bulks that break the symmetric façade. In order to achieve a modern look the façade was designed with a mixture of materials: grey stone, metal surfacing and glass.
