Nordau School, Tel Aviv-Jaffa

Located on a corner lot at 23 Masada Street, this project represents one of the city’s first urban renewal ventures for boutique buildings. The new structure, comprising 10 residential units—including two apartments per floor and a top-floor duplex—seamlessly integrates into the historic fabric of the Old North neighborhood. The building’s corner, crafted entirely from glass and complemented by light materials such as wood and metal, achieves a modern yet inviting aesthetic that harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding historic architecture.
