Shas 3, Tel Aviv-Jaffa

Located in Hamerd Square, across from Tel Aviv beach and in the heart of the Neve Tzedek conservation area, the Shas 3 project encompasses two buildings on adjacent plots, linked by a staircase and a transparent atrium that seamlessly connects the floors. The design presents a contemporary interpretation of Neve Tzedek’s distinct architectural language and materiality, carefully preserving the neighborhood’s scale and character. The project was thoughtfully planned in alignment with Neve Tzedek’s unique design guidelines, in close collaboration with the Tel Aviv Municipality Conservation Department.
