Shapira gardens, Affordable housing, Tel Aviv-Jaffa

The first affordable housing project initiated by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality marked a significant milestone, setting new standards for modern urban living. Our design offers a contemporary interpretation of public housing, combining a forward-thinking architectural language with high-quality construction tailored to middle-class families. This project serves as a catalyst for the renewal of the Shapira neighborhood, emphasizing shared community spaces and enhancing the green corridors outlined in the master plan. By designing the buildings around lush green areas, we created a communal environment reminiscent of the neighborhoods of the past—our vision of an 'urban kibbutz.'
